Returns & Exchanges
All Gallery 94 items are made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. A great customer experience is a high priority for us, so please let us know if you run into any issues. You can always contact us with any questions or concerns.
Damages and issues
We strive to package each item with care so that it gets to you safely, but all packages are still vulnerable to damage. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days. of delivery if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Just send an email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos to andy@gallery94art.com and we will work to resolve the issue for you quickly.
Refunds
If your order is eligible for a refund due to an issue, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.
